Who handles the payments? Why are my invoices not from Supernotes?

If you subscribed on desktop/web

Your payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. This is why the invoices don't directly come from us.

If you have a problem with your subscription (e.g. an error with your invoice, billing query, or suspect a fraudulent transaction), please get in touch with us immediately and our support team will be in touch shortly.

If you subscribed on mobile (iOS/Android)

Your payment is handled by the respective store (Apple App Store or Android Play Store). If you have an issue with your subscription from either Store, please contact those companies directly.
