By default multiple line breaks are ignored, we do this so your notes are compressed and optimised for reading. However occasionally you may want to force a line break.

To force a new paragraph break, type the HTML 'no-break space' code -   on a new line. 

Type three or more dashes (---) on a new line to create a horizontal rule. Also leave a blank line above and below to ensure it will render correctly.
