There are two options to choose from for what you want displayed, when the Card Title is clicked. Click your Profile Icon > Go to App Preferences > Customize Behavior > Clickbindings > Choose between Regular or Inverted (explained below).
Regular
Click card Title once to preview the card, double-click to open the card in the Noteboard.
Inverted
Inverted does the opposite where clicking card Title once opens its Noteboard, and double-clicking opens it in preview.
