Found a bug? Often a restart is a quick fix

In rare cases your app may have trouble connecting to our servers or a bug might be affecting your workflow. For a quick fix, you can restart your app using the following steps:

How to restart your app

Before you restart please let us know your issue by "Chatting with Us" in the Help Menu (bottom-right). Sending a screen shot / recording and brief explanation of the problem would be very helpful!

  1. To restart click on your user profile icon (find it in bottom-left on desktop, top-right on mobile)

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click on "Restart app"

  4. That's it, your app will restart and get fresh data from our servers
