Change Password – If you are already logged in
If you are already logged in, you can change your password in Settings > Manage Account > Change Password.
Once here you, please enter your 'Current Password' and then enter your 'New Password'. Finally, click 'Save' to confirm your changes.
Reset Password – If you're unable to log in
If you've forgotten your password and are unable to login to Supernotes, please try resetting your password from the link on the "Sign In" page here – https://my.supernotes.app/. Please follow the steps, and then confirm the password reset from your email.
Important Note: If you have Supernotes installed on your system, there is a rare chance that the password reset process might open the Supernotes app instead of the password reset confirmation page. If this occurs, please uninstall the Supernotes app and then click the confirmation button in your email.
