Click on the ( ? ) in the bottom right of the interface and then click "Chat with Us", to open the in-app messenger.

By default it will open a new correspondence with us, but you can click the back button in the top left of the messenger to see previous conversations. We aim to reply to any message within 1 day working day, but most likely sooner. If you're Unlimited subscriber we will prioritise responding to your messages.
